Not To Those Who Purchase Tickets For Scoot – You Can Now Opt For Full Refund

We understand that many has plan and purchase air ticket for their holiday overseas. But since the dire situation of the Covid-19, what if you want to cancel your trip? Good news. For those Scoot customers who have purchase the flight ticket and seeking a refund for cancelled flights, you can now look forward to enhanced refund options, which includes a 100 per cent refund via the original method of payment.

Who know when you can travel again and previously, customers were offered a 100 per cent refund via Scoot vouchers.

Relooking at the updated refund policy, Scoot customers will be offered two options.

They can either opt for a 100 per cent refund via the original method of payment, or a 120 per cent refund in Scoot vouchers, valid for use within 12 months.

Do note that this refund is valid for all customers with bookings made on or before March 15, 2020, travelling on flights scheduled to depart between Jan. 23 and May 31, 2020, which all flights were cancelled. According to Scoot, customers who had earlier opted for the refund can also opt for the new refund options.

They will be able to use Scoot’s self service refund portal to choose one of the two options.
