Chew Chor Meng has rolled out a new F&B delivery concept that specializes in traditional braised meat called Solid Lu Delivery, instead of having a physical store for the brand, Chew’s new store is fully online. On May 20, Solid Lu Delivery has posted an announcement that they will start taking orders and at the moment they only catering to dinner deliveries for Wednesday and Saturdays only with a limited portion.
You may make your orders via their website with a flat fee of S$10 for delivery. Free delivery is available for orders above S$80. Their Wednesday slot seems to have been full on May 26, while there are still some opening slots for next Saturday, May 29 so those who are keen need to be quick.
This new braised meat uses fresh ingredients and their braising gravy is made with 12 different Chinese herbs without any monosodium glutamate (MSG) or any preservatives. There are 10 braised products listed on the website with add-ons such chilli sauce (S$1) and white rice (S$1). Their signature dish is the Braised Duck Wings (S$18.80 for 10 wings), Braised Pig Trotter (S$39 for about 1kg) and Braised Pork Belly (S$8).

For those who wanted to try out all of everything, you can opt for the Solid Lu Platter (S$49) which is recommended to share among three people, it includes

- One braised Tau Kwa
- Peanuts
While there are also individual servings of Lu Rou Fan (S$9.90), Pig Trotter Bee Hoon (S$16.90) and Solid Lu Bento (S$16.90).
