1. Toppen Shopping Mall
Toppen Shopping Mall is just located next to the IKEA Tebrau so you surely won’t miss this out. It’s opening really soon, where it’s expected to launch on the 13th November 2019. There are 4 level of retail spaces in the mall and there are more than 300 brands that will be available! Aside from that, you can also get to enjoy the open air garden, play area for children and lotsa food for you food hunters out there!

2. Sunway Big Box Village
If you’re familiar with Malaysia’s shopping mall, then you must be aware of Sunway group. Basically they have shopping mall, resorts and even also water park! The Sunway Big Box Village is one of their project and this new mall is set to be full operational by December 2019. The build up of the mall is quite huge where it’s it’s build up from 24 acres land. You can expect many attraction such as Happy Swim Fish School and also the EnerG X Park. Something to do over the weekend if you’re bored in Singapore!

Paragon Market Place is a 5 acres, three-storey shopping mall, it is highly visible and strategically located along the Jalan Tampoi main road. The unique facade of the premises makes it an appealing and significant landmark in Johor Bahru. This is expected to be operational by 2020.
