And what’s better is that they are taking their service to a new level with their new outlet at Marina Square! Why? The restaurant is making more futuristic experience for their customer as the popular Chinese hotpot chain taps on technology to serve customers.
So What’s new at the Haidilao? The news is Singapore’s restaurant will be modelled after Haidilao’s Beijing counterpart.
So while waiting for your table, you don’t just don’t simply have to be served with snacks or massages or even manicure but you can can now head to a 5G experience corner to enjoy interactive virtual and augmented reality online games to pass the time.
Aside from that, you will also be served by robot instead of human. So it will be an experience like you’re talking to robot waiters rather than human. This is really a brand new experience!
But all this will be revealed once the Marina Square outlet is open. Current the outlet is still under construction and while no specific opening date has been announced, it is slated to open by the end of 2019.
