These days, people are really loving bubble tea and they are like mushroom after the rain!
Earlier we had Tiger Sugar open in Singapore late last year and now here comes another popular Taiwanese bubble tea shop. The Alley Bubble Tea is coming to Singapore (As according to their official Instagram)!
This famed Taiwanese bubble tea chain, The Alley was established in Taiwan back in 2013, and they are one of the few chain that started the brown sugar milk tea war.
If you’re wondering how famous are they, then here is a stats. They have a global presence where they have branches in Canada, US, France, Korea, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the Philippines, Australia, New Zealand and even Malaysia! Not just the presence but their outlets are always having long queue too!
At this moment of time, there is no official date on when the shop is open for business here in Singapore but if it does then you need to check out their signature Deerioca series. Deerioca is their label for their in-house tapioca pearls which they make from scratch, hand-kneading the dough for better texture, taste and aroma of the pearls.
One more thing is that it’s totally instagrammable!! Why .. because it is served in cups with with round bases which is very unique compared with the rest of other brands.
