Previously we have shared that the Indonesia’s leading ride-hailing and services mobile app Go-Jek is coming to Singapore and now they has launched the beta version of its ride-hailing app in Singapore on Thursday (November 29).
But sadly this launch is not available to all but the Go-Jek’s beta app will be available to a limited number of users before being expanded to the wider population in batches.
You can start to download the app from iOS or Android app stores. Riders will be placed on a waitlist, and they will receive an email or a push notification once they have been given access.
So suspense … like lucky draw only …
The not so good news is that the Go-Jek’s services will not be available for all location but for initial launch, their services are only be available in certain areas in Singapore which includes the Central Business District, Jurong East, Changi, Punggol, Ang Mo Kio and Sentosa. These locations were chosen based on population density.
If you’re DBS and POSB customers in Singapore, then you will get enjoy priority access on Go-Jek’s waiting list, as well as receive a S$5 voucher for each of their first two rides!!
Someone has also said that the same trip is costing $18 on Grab and on GoJek, it’s just $6 (before $5 coupon). So what are you waiting for? Hurry and download and be the first few to try out this new hailing service!
