Local Farms Are Growing Imported Fruits Like Strawberries, Kale, and Italian Basil
As we are hearing that more and more farm has shifted over to hydrop[onics where a local hydroponics farm named Sustenir Agriculture has managed to grow strawberries at home soil, where now we can have our own Singapore strawberries.
Sustainer Agriculture mentioned that they have enhanced the fruits and vegetables by adjusting the nutrients running through water fed to the plants and it took them 2 months to manage the strawberries and another 6-month trial and error to make it a great strawberry.
These vegetables and fruits are now available at NTUC Finest and Redmart.
