Sometimes it’s frustrated when your Grab booking is getting cancelled and this is an unpleasant experience for the rider. Grab would want to mitigate this and if your booking is being cancelled, you will be rewarded.
That’s why they are starting their new initiative lessens the frustration of being cancelled on to the rider and bringing a better customer experience.
Grab is rolling out a new “no cancellation promise”. What’s this “no cancellation promise” initiative?
Basically you will get 100 GrabReward every time your booking gets cancelled. Now this is music to us the consumer’s ear as at least we get rewarded
Here is what according to the Grab
We’re making a few changes that will improve your experience with us. Starting with reducing the number of cancellations made by our Driver-Partners. As we work to address the factors that contribute to cancellations, we’d like to thank you for your patience by offering 100 GrabRewards points every time you get cancelled on. In the coming weeks, we’ll be rolling out more product and service improvements that will make your everyday better. Things like more seamless bookings, faster arrival times and higher service standards.

This will be effective from October 8 onwards, till the end of the year, you will get 100 GrabRewards each time you get cancelled. Do take note that this initiative does not apply to Hitch bookings (as per report from Mothership.sg)
