- Tickets are sold in pairs. Reservations are available for groups of 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 people.
- Tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded once payment is made.
- Dates and times cannot be changed after payment. Guests must attend at their scheduled date, time slot, and restaurant.
- A special session on 6 July, 3-5pm at Harbourfront Center celebrates International Fried Chicken Day, hosted by Singapore’s Mediacorp DJs with games and prizes. Only tickets for this slot can join the party.
- Each seat requires a ticket. Children/toddlers need a full-priced ticket to enter.
- No refunds if guests do not show up.
- Please arrive on time. Dining time is strictly 90 minutes from the start time; late arrivals won’t extend the time.
- Seats will be assigned in accordance with bookings; sharing tables may be necessary due to restaurant space.
- Order responsibly to avoid food wastage. KFC may charge for excessive unfinished food.
