Planning a relaxing staycation in Singapore, a romantic weekend away or an overseas holiday with the family? Before confirming your next hotel reservation, NTUC members may want to take a closer look at an exclusive hotel promotion from Far East Hospitality. With savings of up to 25% off Best Flexible Rates at 21 selected hotels across Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, this offer could help travellers enjoy a comfortable getaway while keeping more money in their holiday budget.
Whether they are looking for a convenient city hotel, a relaxing island retreat or a comfortable base for exploring a new destination, this promotion provides NTUC members with an opportunity to enjoy discounted hotel stays. The offer is valid until 23 September 2027, giving eligible members time to plan their trips and compare accommodation options before booking.
The best part is that they do not necessarily need to travel overseas to enjoy the deal. Singapore residents can use this opportunity to plan a local staycation, celebrate a special occasion or take a well-deserved break from their usual routine.
Enjoy Up to 25% OFF Selected Far East Hospitality Hotels
Far East Hospitality operates a range of hotels and serviced residences catering to different travel preferences. Through this exclusive NTUC member offer, eligible members can enjoy up to 25% off Best Flexible Rates at 21 selected properties in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan.
For budget-conscious travellers, hotel accommodation can account for a significant portion of the overall holiday cost. Finding a suitable room at a discounted rate may leave more money available for meals, attractions, shopping and other holiday experiences.
The advertised discount is particularly worth checking for travellers who prefer staying in established hotels and want to explore different accommodation options before making a reservation.
However, members should remember that the maximum discount may not apply to every hotel, room category or travel date. Actual savings depend on availability and the applicable booking conditions. Comparing the final price for their intended dates is therefore an important step before confirming a reservation.
Which Hotels Can NTUC Members Choose From?
The promotion covers selected hotels in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, offering a variety of locations for different types of holidays.
Participating properties highlighted in the offer include:
Singapore hotels
- Oasia Hotel Downtown
- The Clan Hotel Singapore
- Orchard Rendezvous Hotel Singapore
- Quincy Hotel Singapore
- Village Hotel Sentosa
- Oasia Resort Sentosa
- Village Hotel Bugis
- Village Hotel Katong
Malaysia
- Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur
Japan
- Far East Village Hotel Osaka, Honmachi
- Far East Village Hotel Tokyo, Ariake
Other selected hotels in Singapore and Japan are also included in the wider promotion. Members should refer to the official NTUC booking page to check the complete list of eligible properties and the available rates.
With different locations and accommodation styles to consider, travellers can choose a hotel that suits their itinerary rather than selecting a destination based on price alone.
Plan a Singapore Staycation Without Travelling Far
Sometimes, a relaxing holiday does not require a flight ticket or an elaborate itinerary. A local staycation can be an enjoyable way to take a break, explore a different neighbourhood and spend quality time with loved ones.
For those considering a city escape, Oasia Hotel Downtown offers an option worth exploring. Its location in Singapore’s downtown area may appeal to travellers who want to combine their hotel stay with city dining, shopping and sightseeing.
The Clan Hotel Singapore and Quincy Hotel Singapore are other properties to consider when comparing accommodation for a special occasion or a short urban getaway.
Families looking for a holiday atmosphere closer to home can explore Village Hotel Sentosa and Oasia Resort Sentosa. Sentosa offers attractions and leisure activities that can help turn a simple hotel booking into a fuller holiday experience.
Meanwhile, Village Hotel Bugis and Village Hotel Katong may appeal to guests who want to explore different parts of Singapore, enjoy local food and discover neighbourhood attractions.
The advantage of a discounted hotel stay is that it may make an otherwise expensive weekend break more manageable. Members can compare rates, choose suitable dates and plan a getaway that fits their budget.
Save on Your Next Overseas Adventure
The promotion is not limited to Singapore. NTUC members planning an overseas holiday can also explore selected properties in Kuala Lumpur, Osaka and Tokyo.
Oasia Suites Kuala Lumpur is an option for travellers visiting Malaysia’s capital. Depending on their itinerary, visitors may wish to combine their stay with shopping, dining and sightseeing around the city.
For Japan-bound travellers, Far East Village Hotel Osaka, Honmachi and Far East Village Hotel Tokyo, Ariake are among the participating properties highlighted in the offer.
Osaka is popular for its food, shopping and access to nearby attractions, while Tokyo offers a wide range of experiences, from shopping districts and cultural sites to restaurants and entertainment.
Accommodation savings can be especially helpful for travellers planning longer holidays or trips with several family members. Even a modest reduction in hotel costs can make a difference to the overall travel budget.
Nevertheless, members should compare the discounted hotel rates against other available offers and consider transport expenses, room suitability and the hotel’s location before deciding where to stay.
How to Redeem the NTUC Member Hotel Promotion
Booking through the designated NTUC members’ page is essential to accessing this exclusive offer. Members should follow the stated requirements carefully to avoid missing out on the discount.
Here is how to get started:

- Log in using the required NTUC member account details to access the exclusive booking link.
- Browse the participating hotels and check the available rates for the preferred destination and travel dates.
- Make the reservation at least seven days before the intended check-in date.
- Enter the 12-digit NTUC Member ID in the Special Requests section when making the booking.
- Keep the NTUC membership card or electronic membership card ready to present at hotel check-in.
Members should review the booking information before submitting their reservation. They should also confirm that the selected hotel and room qualify for the promotion and that the final rate reflects the intended discount.
Important Terms and Conditions to Remember
Although a discount of up to 25% sounds attractive, members should understand the conditions before making a payment.
Advance booking is required. Reservations must be made at least seven days in advance. Last-minute travellers may not be eligible for this offer, so it is best to plan ahead.
The NTUC Member ID must be provided. Members need to enter their 12-digit membership number in the Special Requests section during booking.
Membership verification is required. The NTUC membership card or electronic card must be presented during hotel check-in. Members should ensure they have the necessary proof available.
Bookings are non-refundable. This is one of the most important conditions to consider. Once a reservation is confirmed, cancellation may not qualify for a refund under this offer. Travellers should check their schedules carefully before paying.
Availability and blackout dates apply. Not every hotel or travel date will necessarily offer the same discount. Certain dates may be excluded, and rooms are subject to availability.
The offer cannot be combined with other promotions. Members should compare eligible rates before booking because the NTUC discount may not be used together with other offers.
The promotion is stated to remain valid until 23 September 2027, but members should check the official website for the latest terms, participating hotels and booking requirements.
Smart Shopper Tips Before Confirming a Hotel
To get the most value from this promotion, travellers should compare the complete cost of their stay rather than focusing only on the advertised percentage discount.
First, check the discounted rate against the hotel’s publicly available rates and other booking platforms for exactly the same dates and room type. A 25% discount does not automatically guarantee the lowest price available.
Second, review what is included in the room rate. Breakfast, additional guests, parking and other services may affect the total cost of the stay. These inclusions can make one offer more valuable than another, even when the initial prices appear similar.
Third, pay attention to the non-refundable booking condition. Travellers with uncertain schedules should consider whether they can confidently commit to the selected dates before proceeding.
Fourth, check the hotel’s location and transport options. A slightly more expensive room in a convenient location may save money and time on daily travel.
Finally, book early when possible. Since availability is limited by the participating properties’ inventory and blackout dates, leaving the reservation until the last minute could reduce the number of suitable options.
Why Should NTUC Members Enjoy This Deal?
This promotion is worth considering because it gives eligible NTUC members another way to reduce accommodation costs when planning a holiday. With participating hotels in Singapore, Malaysia and Japan, the offer provides options for local staycations as well as selected overseas trips.
It may be particularly useful for couples planning a special weekend, families looking for a short break or travellers who already have a destination in mind and want to compare hotel prices before committing.
The extended promotion period also gives members time to plan ahead, check room availability and choose travel dates that work for their budgets.
Of course, the best deal is not necessarily the one with the largest advertised discount. Members should consider the final price, location, room inclusions and booking restrictions to decide whether the reservation genuinely offers good value.
For those who meet the eligibility requirements and are comfortable with the non-refundable terms, this Far East Hospitality promotion is an opportunity worth exploring before making their next hotel booking.
