Foods to Help Prevent Gray hair

 

As we are growing up there will be times when you suddenly found a strain of gray hair that seems to suddenly appear on your head, and it is just at the obvious spot. As gray and white hair in fact lack of pigmentation and melanin which gray or white hair is actually clear hair and only appears gray because of the light is refracted from it. Here is some food which can stores and prevent gray hair.

Liver

Liver has nutrients which are rich in copper, a deficiency of which can increase the chance of premature graying, and you can get all the copper and iron you’ll need by eating one 4 oz serving of either lamb, beef or veal liver. As beef liver are also a great source for vitamin B9 which has folate or folic acid of melanin

 

Chickpeas

Chickpeas contain some of the highest concentration of vitamin B9, as a cup of chickpea has a whopping 1,114 micrograms of B-9 which is 3 times of the RDA

 

Chicken

Low levels of vitamin B12 can lead to fatigue and by shortness of breath you can have thinning and prematurely gray hair, and you can keep your B12 vitamin by consuming lots of eggs, cheese, milk and chicken

 

Lentils

Lentils are known as a great source for B9 and also B12 where it helps with the production of DNA and RNA and also necessary food for red blood cell production

 

Spirulina

Spirulina has the non-animal derived copper which is essential for grew hair prevention

 

Marmite

This yeast extract spread has powerful odor and taste of it own and according to USDA, this yeast extract has all folic acid content which can help on preventing gray hair from forming out
