Celebrating The World of Fungi at LeVeL33’s One-Night Only Showcase. From truffles, mushrooms to champagne; enjoy a unique dining experience of the versatility of fungi at LeVeL33’s one night only showcase on 30 November 2023.
An exclusive event limited to an intimate group of 25 guests, the Fantastic Fungi Dinner ($348++ per pax for food and beverage pairing) spotlights various types of fungi, including yeasts, truffles and mushrooms – an extension of LeVeL33’s unique Contembrewery culinary approach that incorporates yeast and spent grain from its own brewery into the cuisine.
A truly immersive dining experience where guests can anticipate insightful and engaging information about fungi, the dinner will be hosted by a specialist from a local mushroom farm, in collaboration with Executive Chef Jake Kowalewski, Brewmaster Gabriel Garcia and Operations Manager Yaroslav Kazachenko, adding an educational element to the culinary journey.
Highlights of the menu include Mushroom Parfait Tartlet; Mushroom Salad; Seared Lion’s Mane Mushroom with Alba White Truffle; Mushroom Variations on Barley Risotto; and Rum Baba with Alba White Truffle Ice Cream.
This Fantastic Fungi Dinner session follows the recent five-course plant-forward dinner, where Executive Chef Jake and his team of sous chefs gave a new perspective to delicious sustainability through a one-evening only presentation of vegan dishes.
