Voucher will be valid for takeaway from 16 May to 13 June 2021, or until dine-in resumes.
Reservation has to be made on Chope’s app or website before you dine at your selected restaurant.
Voucher is valid for 90 days from the time of purchase. No extension will be entertained.
Vouchers are limited to a maximum of 1 voucher redemptions per bill/table. Splitting of bill/table is strictly not allowed.
Voucher is only applicable for ala carte menu and crabs weighing between 700g-900g only.
Voucher is not applicable for other set meals, promotions, discounts, offers or vouchers.
Voucher is not applicable for use during Public Holidays, Eve of Public Holidays and Special Occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Fathers’ Day etc).
Voucher is to be presented to restaurant host before ordering. The restaurant has the right to refuse the use of vouchers if presented after the meal.
Voucher is only usable on the applicable days and times as indicated on the voucher.
All vouchers will be used based on its full value. Any residual value of the vouchers are non-refundable.
Bills paid with Chope vouchers (partial or full) will not be eligible for the earning of House of Seafood membership points or alcoholics drinks.
The management reserves the right to amend the terms & conditions as necessary.
