Singaporeans who love a good snack have a tasty reason to get excited! Old Chang Kee is offering a FREE curry puff for one day only on 21 October 2026, giving snack lovers the chance to enjoy one of Singapore’s familiar local favourites without spending a single cent. Even better, there is no minimum spending and no purchase required to take part in this limited-time giveaway.
Whether you are a regular Old Chang Kee customer or simply enjoy discovering food deals around Singapore, this is an opportunity worth checking out. All you need is the CapitaStar app, the special reward code SNACK, and a little planning to redeem your free treat at one of the participating outlets.
With everyday expenses adding up, getting something delicious for free is always welcome. Instead of paying for your usual afternoon snack, you could enjoy a complimentary curry puff while shopping, running errands or meeting friends. However, this offer is available for a limited time and has a strict redemption quota, so it is best to act early.
Enjoy a FREE Old Chang Kee Curry Puff Without Spending a Cent
The highlight of this promotion is straightforward: eligible customers can redeem one FREE Old Chang Kee Curry Puff through the CapitaStar app on Wednesday, 21 October 2026.
There is no need to buy a drink, order additional food or meet a minimum spending requirement. This makes the giveaway particularly appealing to bargain hunters who want to enjoy a little treat without adding another expense to their daily budget.
Old Chang Kee is well known in Singapore for its range of savoury snacks, and its curry puffs are a familiar choice for people looking for something convenient to eat between meals. With their golden pastry and savoury filling, curry puffs make a satisfying snack whether you are heading to work, taking a shopping break or travelling between appointments.
This giveaway is also a good opportunity for anyone who has been meaning to visit an Old Chang Kee outlet but has not had a reason to stop by recently. Since the promotion does not require a purchase, you can enjoy the freebie without feeling pressured to spend more than you intended.
How to Redeem the Free Curry Puff
Claiming the reward is relatively simple, but you will need to use the CapitaStar app to obtain your voucher before visiting a participating outlet.
Here is what to do:
- Open the CapitaStar app on your mobile phone.
- Find the relevant reward redemption section in the app.
- Enter the promotional reward code SNACK.
- Redeem the voucher for your FREE Old Chang Kee Curry Puff, following the instructions displayed in the app.
- Visit one of the participating Old Chang Kee outlets between 10am and 8pm on 21 October 2026 to claim your treat.
Before making your way to the shopping centre, check that the voucher has been successfully redeemed and read the instructions shown in the app. It is always better to confirm the redemption requirements beforehand than to arrive at the counter and discover that something has been missed.
Customers should also pay attention to the voucher’s validity. This particular offer is valid on 21 October 2026 only, so it cannot be saved for a later date. If you want to enjoy the free curry puff, make sure to plan your visit within the stated redemption period.
Only 300 Redemptions Per Outlet
While the offer sounds simple, there is one important detail that bargain hunters should remember: the giveaway is limited to the first 300 redemptions per participating outlet.
This means that each location has its own redemption quota. Once the available allocation has been used up, customers may no longer be able to claim the free curry puff, even if the promotion’s stated closing time has not yet arrived.
The offer is also available only while stocks last. For that reason, visiting earlier in the day is a sensible option, particularly if you are already planning to shop at either participating location.
It is worth remembering that redeeming a voucher and successfully collecting the snack may involve separate steps, depending on the instructions provided in the CapitaStar app. Check the applicable terms and conditions carefully, and do not assume that a voucher guarantees availability after the outlet’s allocation has been exhausted.
A little preparation can make the experience much smoother. Open the app, enter the code, confirm the voucher and check the participating outlet details before setting off.
Where to Get Your FREE Curry Puff
The giveaway is available at two participating Old Chang Kee outlets in Singapore. This gives shoppers some flexibility when deciding where to redeem their reward.
1. Old Chang Kee at IMM
Address: #01-35, IMM, Singapore
If you are planning a shopping trip to IMM, this is a convenient opportunity to add a free snack to your visit. You can make the most of your time at the shopping centre by browsing the shops, looking out for other promotions and taking a break with your complimentary curry puff.
IMM is a familiar destination for shoppers looking for deals, so the giveaway fits nicely into a bargain-hunting trip. Just remember to check your CapitaStar voucher before heading to the outlet, and allow enough time to redeem it before 8pm.
2. Old Chang Kee at Raffles City Shopping Centre
Address: #B1-55, Raffles City Shopping Centre, Singapore
For those who spend time around the city centre, the Raffles City outlet provides another place to enjoy this limited-time freebie. You could stop by during a shopping trip, after running errands or while taking a break from your usual weekday routine.
Its location within Raffles City Shopping Centre makes it a practical option for shoppers who would rather redeem their reward while they are already in the area.
Both outlets offer the same basic promotion, but availability depends on each outlet’s individual redemption limit and remaining stocks. Choose the location that best suits your plans, and consider checking the app before travelling specifically for the giveaway.
Why You Should Take Advantage of This Deal
There are several reasons why this Old Chang Kee promotion deserves a place on your bargain-hunting list.
First, it is genuinely free with no purchase required. Many promotions ask customers to spend a certain amount before receiving a complimentary item, but this offer removes that requirement. You can enjoy the reward without buying anything else.
Second, it is a simple way to enjoy a familiar local snack while keeping your spending under control. A single curry puff might not seem like a major expense, but small savings can add up when you regularly look for ways to reduce everyday spending.
Third, the promotion gives you a reason to explore either IMM or Raffles City Shopping Centre if you are already planning to visit. Rather than making a separate trip solely for a snack, you can combine the redemption with shopping, errands or other activities in the area.
Finally, there is the enjoyment of discovering a good deal. Free food promotions can be a fun way to try something, revisit a favourite snack or share a little bargain-hunting excitement with friends and family. Just be sure to follow the redemption requirements and avoid unnecessary spending simply because you are visiting the shopping centre.
Remember: One Day Only
The key details are easy to remember: use the CapitaStar app, enter SNACK, redeem the voucher and visit a participating Old Chang Kee outlet on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, between 10am and 8pm.
The first 300 redemptions at each outlet are eligible, and the promotion is subject to availability while stocks last. The voucher is valid on the promotion date only, so there is no opportunity to postpone your visit and claim it another day.
For the latest information and applicable terms and conditions, visit the official Old Chang Kee website or the CapitaStar website. Customers should also check the CapitaStar app for the current reward instructions before travelling.
Overall, this is a straightforward snack giveaway that is easy to appreciate, especially for anyone who enjoys finding ways to save money on everyday treats. With no purchase required, there is little reason not to consider redeeming the offer if you are already near one of the participating outlets.
If you are heading to IMM or Raffles City on 21 October, remember to check the app and claim your FREE Old Chang Kee Curry Puff early. After all, a tasty local snack is even more satisfying when you do not have to pay for it!
