Terms and conditions
- The Offer is valid daily, from 2nd January 2021 to 31st March 2021, both dates inclusive.
- Payment must be charged to a Citibank credit / debit card in a single receipt to enjoy the promotion.
- The Promotion is not valid on Public Holiday, Special Occasions (e.g. Mother’s Day) and their respective Eves of.
- Reservation is required, please visit http://talaythai.com.sg/online-reservation/ for reservations.
- Item of equal or lower value will be complimentary.
- The Offer is applicable to the billed amount excluding prevailing GST and service charges.
- The Offer is valid at Talay Thai only. Main course selection subjected to availability, please consult staff on duty.
- Limited to 1 redemption per card, per bill, per table, per party and per occasion. Diners from the same party are not allowed to split bills and/or tables.
- Valid for dine-in only, not applicable for private events, take-away or bookings of more than 8 pax.
- The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, offers, vouchers, dining apps and/or any card privileges.
- Citibank’s and Talay Thai’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Talay Thai.
- Citibank and Talay Thai reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
