Aromatic dipping broth is made by extracting chicken flavors over long cooking hours. Dip the cold tsukemen noodles into the dipping broth to enjoy! Choose to have a change of taste by adding wasabi to the soup as a flavor enhancer. Noodles are homemade, using medium-strength flour making it smooth and easy to slurp. Served in cold kelp dashi extracted over 12hours, add it into the tsukemen broth as a final step to drink up the soup!
Here’s a quick guide to enjoy Konbusui Tsukemen:
- Dip the tsukemen noodles in broth & eat it.
- Midway through your tsukemen, have a change of taste by adding wasabi to the soup as a flavor enhancer.
- After finishing your noodles, add in the cold kelp dashi that is served with the noodles into your broth to drink it up!
