- Promotional tickets can only be purchased at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counters or online
- Promotion is valid for purchase of up to 6 SkyHelix Sentosa tickets each per transaction
- Promotion is only applicable to prevailing standard rate tickets
- For purchase of promotional SkyHelix Sentosa tickets over the counter, it is valid for on-day usage
- For purchase of promotional SkyHelix Sentosa tickets via online store, it is an open-dated ticket with 90 days validity. Redemption over at any Singapore Cable Car Ticketing Counter is required on the date of visit and seat is subject to availability on a first come first serve basis
- Due to safety reason, guest under 1.05m in height is not allowed on the ride. Guests between 1.05m to 1.2m in height or under 12 years old must be accompanied by a supervising adult.
- All completed and confirmed transaction cannot be cancelled, refunded or amended
- Promotional tickets purchased or redeemed are only valid for same day use
- The management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
