Terms & Conditions
- Please present valid SAFRA card/e-Card via SAFRA app upon check in.
- A one night non-refundable payment is required upon making the booking and the remaining balance to be paid upon check-in.
- For booking modification, please email the hotel at least three days before your arrival date, or a one-night fee will be charged.
- For booking cancellation, please email hotel at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise 1 night cancellation fee applies.
- Minimum stay of 3 nights is required during peak season for the period of 23 Dec – 31 Dec 2022. New Year’s Eve dinner is mandatory for all stays that fall on 31 December and payment needs to be made in advance at IDR2,150,000 nett per adult and IDR1,075,000 nett per child under 12 years old.
- Not valid with other promotions, privileges, discount cards and promotional vouchers, whichever is applicable.
