Get the famous YUN NANS Cross Bridge Noodles (过桥米线 ) for free, as well as the signature Golden Poached Rice with Seafood in Prawn Broth (海鲜虾汤泡脆金米)! You may also purchase two sets of YUN NANS Cross Bridge Noodles or two sets of Golden Poached Rice with the 1-for-1 Promo. The promotion is only valid for walk-in takeaways and cannot be combined with any other discounts.

These two YUN NANS signature dishes are popular among diners. Rice cooked with fresh seafood such as clams and prawns in YUN NANS‘ unique prawn broth is included in the Golden Poached Rice with Seafood in Prawn Broth (SGD18.80). Then, crispy rice pops were also added to the dish.

A classic Yunnan dish, the YUN NANS Cross Bridge Noodles (SGD15.90), uses a pork-based broth that has been simmered for nearly 5 hours and is rich in flavour and collagen. Shredded carrots, chives, spring onions, sliced fish, poultry, pork, and Chinese ham are among the other ingredients. You have the option of having the raw ingredients delivered individually or having them cooked beforehand. The famous rice noodles are composed entirely of water & rice, and the recipe necessitates a lengthy 14-step procedure.

Rest reassured that the Westgate location has been completely disinfected and that all YUN NANS employees have been vaccinated and tested negative for COVID-19 before returning to work.
