Terms & Conditions:

• Valid from 1 April – 31 March 2024
• Not valid with any other discounts, promotions or privileges
• Only available for group tickets, 3 tickets of the same room and above
• Recommended for ages 13 and above, with group size of 4 per room. The rooms will require a minimum of 2 (Shangri-La and Museum of Humankind) or 3 (Dr. X). You will not be able to purchase tickets quantity lower than the minimum numbers
• Each child below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a paying adult (of at least 18 years old). Children aged 3 and below will not be granted entry
• For your own safety, please wear covered flat shoes for all the rooms. Wearing skirts or heels is not recommended as there are some physical elements in the rooms
• Please arrive at least 15 mins before the start time of your session. If you are late (within 20 mins of your start time), your session may be cut short. If you are later than 20 mins, your session may be forfeited. No refund will be given in such cases
• The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice
