- Booking and Payment:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- Full payment must be completed at least 30 days prior to the event date.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the event will incur a 25% fee.
- Cancellations within 30 – 60 days of the event will incur a 50% fee.
- No refund for cancellations within 30 days of the event.
- Date Changes:
- Date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- SAFRA is not an agent of the merchant. Any dispute regarding the quality or service standard must be resolved directly with the respective merchants. SAFRA will not assume any liability or responsibility for the acts of the merchants or any defects in products or services offered in the promotion
