Fitness First Singapore is having their 30-day Membership Freeze. In the evolving situation, we have been continuously enhancing our precautionary measures to safeguard your health and wellbeing.
We hear your concerns and fully understand that some of you may still be hesitant to workout in our clubs despite the robust set of safety protocols we have put in place to mitigate any health risks.
If you would like to put your membership on hold, we are pleased to offer you a complimentary 30-day membership freeze for the month of April. Kindly email your request along with the following:

2. Contact Number
3. Email Address
4. Membership Number
to our Customer Service Team at ff@fitnessfirst.com.sg by 31 March 2020, 12.00pm.
With regard to the latest advisory, we remain in contact with the MOH to clarify the specific guidelines applicable to our business.
We will keep you informed of these developments as soon as we have them.
The MOH has suggested to inform members not to call the hotline for gym specific information and instead refer to our official communications.
Meanwhile, we encourage members to keep stay healthy and continue their fitness routine whilst observing good hygiene practices.
