- Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
- Promotion is not valid for purchases made with Cabbie21, Diesel Programme, Caltex StarCard or StarCash card.
- This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other special barcode offer, discount, privileges or promotions, unless otherwise expressly authorized by Chevron. Chevron and OCBC shall not be liable for any loss or damage in relation to this Promotion.
- Neither OCBC nor Chevron shall be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose, or any other aspect of the products purchased by OCBC Cardmembers in connection with this Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, OCBC and Chevron shall not be at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in such product, and/or for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of any such product by any person at any time without notice.
- Chevron and OCBC reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms and conditions without prior notice to the OCBC Cardmembers.
- Chevron’s and OCBC’s decisions as mutually agreed on all matters relating to privileges or terms and conditions in relation to this Promotion will be final and binding on all customers (including OCBC Cardmembers).
- The Promotions stated in this Agreement is available at Caltex service stations in Singapore only and Chevron reserves the right to modify and amend the list of participating Caltex service stations from time to time at its sole discretion.
- For the purpose of this Agreement, “OCBC Cardmember” shall mean each holder of a Mastercard and/or VISA Credit and/or Debit card issued by OCBC and “OCBC Card” shall mean accordingly except that it shall exclude private label cards.
