Now till 31 Dec 2023: Lazada Citi Tuesdays Deal

– This promotion (the “Promotion”) applies to Citibank Cardmembers who hold a Citibank Card issued in Singapore only.
– Customers may only use their Citibank Card on applicable purchases and orders made on the Singapore Lazada mobile application (iOS or Android) to enjoy the Promotion.
– Customers may only collect the campaign payment vouchers (“Vouchers”) from the Singapore Lazada mobile application (iOS or Android).
– Collected Vouchers will be automatically applied only at the checkout payment page when a Citibank Card is used by the customer.
– Promotion Period: The Promotion shall run every Tuesday from 1 Jan 2023 to 31 Dec 2023, 2359 hrs (the “Promotion Period”).
– Collection Period: Vouchers are only valid for use on Tuesdays during the Promotion Period.
– Vouchers may only be collected on Tuesdays during the Promotion Period.
– Vouchers are refreshed for collection every Tuesday at 0900 hrs, 1200 hrs and 1800 hrs from 1 Jan 2023, 0000 hrs to 31 Dec 2023, 2359 hrs.
– Validity Period: Vouchers are limited in quantity and are subject to availability.
– Redemptions: Vouchers are limited to one (1) redemption per customer and are applicable for single use only.
– Spend Criteria: Customer must meet the minimum spend criteria of the Voucher:
– SGD 5 off with a minimum spend of SGD 60
– Vouchers may be used together with other free shipping, sellers’ and Lazada campaign collectible vouchers, but may not be used together with any other bank or payment vouchers.
– Vouchers are not applicable for the following categories/products:
– digital goods;
– jewellery / gold; and
– toddler formula (0-12 months).
– Vouchers are not applicable for RedMart orders and purchases.
– Vouchers are not applicable for delivery or shipping charges, or over-the-phone purchases.
– Payment must be charged to a Citi Card (excluding Citi Purchasing Card/Citi Travel Lodge Card/Citi Travel Account).
– All other Lazada terms and conditions shall apply.
– Citibank’s and Lazada’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by Citibank and Lazada. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
– Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the Promotion or any product/service relating to the Promotion. Notwithstanding anything herein, Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any defect or malfunction in any product or the deficiency in any service provided, and/or any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered or incurred by or in connection with the use of the Promotion, or any product/service relating to the Promotion, by any person. All disputes about the quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Lazada.
– Citibank and Lazada reserve the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or amend any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion.
– “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited; “Citibank Card” means any Visa or MasterCard card issued by Citibank (whether or not it also bears the name and/or mark of any other person/entities); “Lazada” refers to Lazada Singapore Pte. Ltd.; and “RedMart” refers to RedMart Limited.
