Housing & Development Board (HDB) of Singapore has just launched their latest Build-To-Order (BTO) exercise, offering a total of 4,989 units comprising of 2-room Flexi, 3-, 4-, and 5-room flats.
Apply by 17 August
The towns available to choose from include Kovan, Hougang, Queenstown, Tampines, Toh Guan and Kallang/Whampoa.
Kovan Wellspring
-Location: Bounded by Upper Serangoon Road and Tampines Road (next to Heartland Mall)
-Units Available: 586 units of 2-room Flexi, 3-, and 4-room flats
-Features: Paya Lebar Kovan Community Club, landscape deck connecting 4 blocks, residents’ network centre and a childcare centre
