Katsudon is a popular Japanese bowl dishes in which a bowl of rice is topped with crispy pork/ chicken cutlet with juicy onions and tender egg simmered in a sweet and savoury sauce. In the menu we have Kyoto Dashi Katsu ($9.80) for those who loves to eat Katsudon with a sweet soy sauce and runny egg. This is best for someone who would like to try katsudon for the first time. We also have Kobe Sauce Katsu ($9.80) which is a very crispy katsu don served with sweet and spicy sauce. Tarutaru Nanban Katsu ($9.80) is for someone who loves a creamy sauce. The katsu is topped with tarutaru sauce, which is also known as the Japanese tartar sauce. The last one If for the Curry lovers. We have the Curry Catsu ($11.80) , Katsu topped with Japanese curry that is savoury and mildly hot with a plethora of spices. I would say that this is the crowd’s favourite.
-We also have the well loved Tomi Hamburg Steak . It specialises in a selection of Japanese-style hamburg patties served with rice, a salad and cherry tomato. The patties are made with a mix of ground beef and pork studded with bits of chopped onions. If you love the soft and juicy Hamburg patty then this is for you!
-Lastly we have the exciting and famous premium grade onigiri by Tomita Seimai . What’s special about Tomita Seimai is that it does not only offers freshly made onigiri but also rice milling services. We use a special rice milling machine that allows us to mills premium gate rice on the spot to your preferences unlike the regular pre-milled stuff.
