General T&Cs:
– Promotion is only valid for payment charged in Singapore dollars (SGD).

– Offer cannot be claimed after the purchase is completed.
– Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, cashback sites, promotions, rewards, loyalty programs, discounted items and fixed price items.
– Citi Cardmembers may contact Taobao directly via Taobao iOS and Android mobile applications, in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
– Citibank and Taobao’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
– Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with third parties/Taobao except for any disputes in relation to payment services.
