– Please wear your mask until the class starts and put it back on when we end
– Please respect the Safe Management Measures and mat spacing put in place
– Bring your own mat, small towel (you might get sweaty!), mosquito repellent and sunscreen

About the teachers:
Laura Zaccaria
Laura is a vinyasa & yin yoga teacher since 2017, a gong player since 2019, and completed a prenatal & postpartum yoga certification in 2020. She created the concept of Yoga for a Change for students to practice yoga, while contributing to worthy causes that enhance livelihoods in Singapore & Southeast Asia. You will leave her sessions feeling strong and relaxed.
Yun Ng
Singapore, Paris, Bali, Hong Kong, Australia and Shanghai are a few of the places where Yun has practised, taught and lived yoga. She continues to bring this explorative nature to her classes, through creative sequencing, insightful alignment cues, and a mantra or two. Yun wants her students to create a seamless transition in and out of the yoga mat, using practical skills from yoga (from the sutras to a handstand) to make sense of the world around us. Yun believes that compassion and kindness are also a practice, so expect bhakti yoga with singing and chanting in some of her classes!
Ashita Gogia
Ashita’s first real encounter with yoga was in 2017, at a yoga studio in Canada. After her first class, she was amazed by how calm and energized she could feel at the same time. As an Indian, she found it ironic that it took a journey halfway across the world to discover her passion for yoga. Since then, the curiosity has only cultivated further and led Ashita to complete her yoga teacher training certification in Vinyasa Flow in 2021. She now hopes to share the benefits of the practice that has been instrumental in shaping her life on and off the mat.
