Terms and conditions:
-Friso tin exchange program is only valid on 5th-7th June 2015 at FairPrice xtra Jurong Point #03-01 from 12 noon-8pm.
-Each household is entitled to 1 redemption per IC per Child’s birth certificate number.
-Each parent can redeem on behalf of an additional one (1) person but out of the 2 ICs presented, 1 ICs has to belong to the parent himself/herself. For example, if Esther Tan comes to redeem the voucher for herself and her friend, it is allowed. However, if Esther Tan comes to redeem the voucher on behalf of 2 other friends, she will be rejected and she will not be able to redeem any vouchers.
-Parent’s original NRIC must be produced with their child’s original/photocopied/picture of child’s birth certificate. -If you are redeeming on behalf of your friend/relative, you would need to produce his/her original NRIC and their child’s original/photocopied/picture of child’s birth certificate.
-Person redeeming must be aged 18 years and above.
-Non-Friso empty tin must be of pack size 700gm and above and only tins purchased in Singapore are accepted.
-Promotion excludes all types of infant formulas (stage 1) for 0-6 months old.
-Parents are to complete a redemption form before the voucher is used.
-Redemption of voucher and purchase of 900gm is while stocks last.
-frieslandCampina (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of this tin exchange program without prior notice given.
