Looks are deceiving – while the Merlion Plastic Sling Bag appears to be an actual plastic bag merely repurposed as a sling, it’s actually made of woven polyethylene material, which makes it much sturdier than the single-use plastic bags it is inspired from.
The bag measures 33cm x 23cm and has an adjustable strap which can go from 69cm to 131cm.
The strap is detachable, so you can hold the bag by its handles just like how you would a regular plastic bag – only difference being the durability and eco-friendliness, both of which are huge wins in our books.
