• Free Plan Upgrade on Plan with Device Promotion is applicable at point of new sign-up or re-contract on Plan with Device with $38 and $70 Plan Add-on. Discount of $28 and $32 monthly will apply respectively for the first 12 months.

• Thereafter, prevailing subscription charges of the above promotions will apply, and will not be pro-rated under any circumstances.
• Promotions are valid at M1 Shop and eShop. Proof of M1 subscriber’s SAFRA membership must be provided at point of sign-up or re-contract (as may be applicable).
• Promotions are valid till 03 April 2022 and cannot be enjoyed with other discounts, vouchers or promotions, unless otherwise stated. Any unutilised amount for this Promotion will not be refunded and cannot be used to offset other promotions. Promotions are not valid for customers who are under M1 Corporate Individual Scheme (CORI), or whose mobile lines are registered under company’s name.
• Promotions strictly cannot be exchanged for cash and other items and are not valid with any other discounts, vouchers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions will be removed in the event of a change or re-contract to an ineligible bill plan.
