Xiaomi Singapore has their new Mi Capsule Earphones. Enjoy a pair of hypoallergenic headphones that will save your ears from infection and many more.
In-ear headphones are known to produce excellent sound and noise isolation but the silicone rubber earbuds can cause allergic reaction to some users.
Xiaomi aims to solve the problem by introducing Mi Capsule Earphones (小米胶囊耳机) which comes with earbuds that are made of hypoallergenic silicone. The earbuds are tipped at a 45-degree angle for better comfort when listening for long hours and preventing the earphone from falling off easily.
Mi Capsule Earphones, though incredibly light weighing at just 14g, are made from durable materials including enamel-coated copper wires surrounding kevlar fibres internally.
Price wise, you won’t be disappointed since it only costs a mere 69 Chinese Yuan (est. ~S$13.99). What’s more, the same pair is currently selling on Qoo10 for only S$13.90 with free pickup option from the seller’s shop in Sim Lim Square. That’s even cheaper than the official retail price in China!
