4-6 Apr 2020: Naiise 20% off Promotion

Naiise Singapore is having their 20% off Promotion. In line with the latest government advisories, we will be closing our Naiise stores at Jewel and PLQ from 7 April until further notice.

All self-collections will be delivered to you, and our customer service team will be in touch to make the arrangements.

Our stores remain open this weekend through Monday and if you are nearby, we hope you’ll come by to check out the amazing brands and products we have in-store. Do also say hi to our frontline reta il crew who have been quite lonely lately!

For these unprecedented times, we’re also rolling out an unprecedented 20% off all in-store purchases from 4-6 April to make the visit well worth for you.

During this month-long store closure, our online stores www.naiise.com and www.naiisemarketplace.com remain fully functional and we hope you’ll think of us when you need to get a unique or meaningful gift for yourself or someone special.

To make it even easier for you, we’ve also recently halved our shipping fee to just $2.50 (or free if your purchase is above $60!) and expanded our return policy to 30 days.

Like many other businesses around us, we have been operating in very challenging conditions since the start of the year. We had to make some painful decisions, but also managed to take advantage of this downtime to roll out a new product, Marketplace, which lets creative sellers sell directly to consumers and earn higher payouts instantly.

Now, more than ever, we need your support to keep our business going and to continue providing a platform for creatives, makers and small businesses to sell to people who care. Every customer is important to us, and we really do cheer out loud (remotely, of course) with every order that comes in.
