No delivery charges for pick up and drop off at Changi Recommends booths and rental is free for the first day of collection. - ChangiWiFi rental is subject to the routers’ availability for a specified destination and is also subject to the relevant terms and conditions pertaining to the ChangiWiFi rentals.
