Halloween is just around the corner, and families in Singapore can look forward to some exciting festive fun with the Angry Birds Halloween celebrations at participating HDB Malls from 30 October to 1 November 2026. Alongside the Halloween atmosphere, shoppers can enjoy complimentary treats, limited-edition giveaways, special vouchers and family-friendly activities at Anchorvale Village, Northshore Plaza and Sunshine Place.
For anyone looking for affordable ways to keep the children entertained during the Halloween weekend, this is an event worth considering. Instead of spending a fortune on a day out, families can visit their neighbourhood shopping mall, explore participating stores and enjoy selected freebies while stocks last.
The promotion brings together several participating tenants, each offering something different. From complimentary kueh vouchers and Halloween goodie bags to a school fee rebate voucher worth $250 and a handheld fan giveaway, there are plenty of reasons to plan a visit. However, each offer has its own conditions, so visitors should check the details before heading down.
Here is a closer look at what shoppers can look forward to during the Angry Birds Halloween festivities at HDB Malls this week.
1. Anchorvale Village: Complimentary Kueh Vouchers and Festive Giveaways
Date: 30 October 2026
Time: 6pm–9pm
Venue: Anchorvale Village
Anchorvale Village will be one of the places to visit on Friday evening, with participating tenants offering complimentary treats and small gifts to celebrate Halloween.
One of the highlights comes from Rempah by Chilli Padi, located at #B1-05. Visitors can enjoy complimentary kueh vouchers, with a total of just 20 vouchers available.
This is a lovely opportunity for anyone who enjoys traditional local snacks. Kueh makes a delightful treat to enjoy at home or share with family members, and receiving a voucher without paying extra makes the offer even more appealing. Since the quantity is limited, arriving early may improve the chances of securing one.
Families can also look out for Little Unicorn Preschool at #03-01, which will kick off the festivities with a cute dance performance by its young performers. The performance adds a cheerful, family-friendly touch to the event and gives children something entertaining to watch while visiting the mall.
Beyond the performance, visitors may have the chance to receive several complimentary items, including flyers featuring exclusive discount deals, tissue packets and doll keychains.
The tissue packet giveaway is limited to 100 pieces, while the cute doll keychains are limited to 50 pieces. These small gifts may be useful for everyday outings, while the keychains can make charming little keepsakes for children.
For shoppers who enjoy discovering new offers, the discount flyers could also be worth collecting. They may introduce visitors to participating businesses and provide opportunities to save on future purchases. Be sure to check the individual offers for their conditions and validity periods.
Daiso at #01-13/14 will also join the Halloween celebrations by offering spooky goodie bags containing fun props and headwear. Participants are limited to two pieces each, and the giveaway is available while stocks last.
These items can be a fun addition to a child’s Halloween outfit or an inexpensive way to add some festive excitement at home. Anyone planning to collect the freebies should remember that availability is limited.
2. Northshore Plaza: A $250 School Fee Rebate Voucher and Halloween Goodie Bags
Date: 31 October 2026
Time: 11am–2pm
Venue: Northshore Plaza
Saturday brings another round of Halloween activities at Northshore Plaza, where families can explore selected promotions while enjoying their weekend shopping.
A notable offer comes from Mulberry Learning Centre at #03-02. Visitors can enjoy a $250 school fee rebate voucher upon redeeming a game card.
For parents who are exploring educational options for their children, a school fee rebate of this value may be worth investigating. Education-related expenses can add up, so a qualifying rebate could offer a useful saving for families considering the centre.
However, parents should check the full redemption requirements, eligibility criteria and applicable school fee conditions directly with Mulberry Learning Centre before making any decisions. The available information states that the voucher is offered upon redeeming a game card, so visitors should confirm how the redemption works and whether additional conditions apply.
Even if families are not immediately looking for a preschool or learning centre, the promotion provides an opportunity to learn more about the services available at the mall.
Daiso at #01-13/14 will also offer its Halloween goodie bags at Northshore Plaza. These bags feature fun props and headwear, making them suitable for adding a little Halloween spirit to the weekend.
The giveaway is limited to two pieces per participant and is subject to availability. As the promotion takes place during a three-hour window, visitors interested in the free items should consider arriving earlier rather than leaving their visit until the last minute.
Northshore Plaza’s combination of a potentially valuable education-related offer and seasonal freebies makes it a practical stop for families who want to combine shopping with a little festive fun.
3. Sunshine Place: Free Handheld Fan Giveaway
Date: 1 November 2026
Time: 5pm–8pm
Venue: Sunshine Place
The Halloween celebrations continue into Sunday at Sunshine Place, where Learning Vision at #02-14 will offer an exclusive handheld fan giveaway.
The giveaway is a simple but useful addition to the festivities. Singapore’s weather can be warm and humid, even when families are enjoying an evening out, so a handheld fan can come in handy during walks, shopping trips and outdoor activities.
For parents bringing young children along, having a portable fan can make outings more comfortable. It is also a practical everyday item that can be kept in a bag for future use.
The giveaway is available in limited quantities, so visitors should not assume that everyone will receive one. Those hoping to collect the item should visit during the stated three-hour period and check with Learning Vision regarding the redemption arrangements.
Sunshine Place is a good option for families who prefer a Sunday evening outing instead of travelling to the other participating malls on Friday or Saturday. It also gives shoppers another opportunity to take part in the Angry Birds Halloween celebrations before the promotion ends.
Why Should You Visit the HDB Malls Angry Birds Halloween Promotion?
The biggest attraction of this promotion is the variety of offers available across three neighbourhood malls. Rather than focusing on just one store or one type of giveaway, the event brings together food vouchers, family entertainment, practical freebies and a potentially valuable education-related rebate.
For budget-conscious families, these offers provide an opportunity to enjoy a little extra entertainment without committing to an expensive Halloween activity. Children can watch a dance performance, discover festive props and enjoy the excitement of visiting participating stores, while adults can browse the malls and learn about the available deals.
The promotion is also spread across different dates and times. Anchorvale Village hosts its activities on Friday evening, Northshore Plaza welcomes visitors on Saturday morning and early afternoon, and Sunshine Place concludes the festivities on Sunday evening.
This arrangement gives families some flexibility when deciding where to go. You can choose the location closest to home, plan around your existing weekend commitments or visit a particular mall based on the giveaway that interests you most.
If you intend to visit more than one location, check your travel arrangements beforehand and remember that each mall has its own event schedule. There is no need to visit all three if one location already offers the activities or freebies that suit your family.
It is also important to manage expectations. These are limited-quantity promotions, not guaranteed gifts for every visitor. The 20 complimentary kueh vouchers, 100 tissue packets, 50 doll keychains and limited handheld fans may run out, depending on demand. Terms and conditions apply, and visitors should check with the participating tenants for the latest redemption information.
Plan Your Halloween Weekend Early
The Angry Birds Halloween tenant spotlight at HDB Malls offers a convenient way to add something special to the weekend, whether you are visiting for the giveaways, exploring neighbourhood shops or simply looking for a family-friendly activity.
Mark 30 October to 1 November 2026 on your calendar, decide which participating mall best suits your plans and arrive during the specified event hours. If a particular voucher or free gift is your priority, visiting early is a sensible approach, although availability cannot be guaranteed.
