Fine print
- Valid Mon – Sun: 11am – 8pm.
- Valid only at Orchard Gateway outlet.
- Valid for customers aged 3 years old and above.
- Minimum of 1 person to start a class.
- Unlimited vouchers per person.
- Not valid with ongoing promotions or discounts.
- Customers get to take home final creation only after firing. Top-up of $10 for firing per pottery, payable directly to merchant. Top-up inclusive of carving of name, and glazing process.
- For painting of creation, customers need to return after approximately 3 – 4 weeks to continue creation.
- Final creation requires 4 – 6 weeks for collection, merchant will contact once finished product is ready.

- Reservation required at least 24 hours in advance.
- Booking subject to availability.
- Please ensure that your reservation is made within the validity period stated on your voucher.
- Call or SMS Orchard Gateway Outlet (+6583422381) for booking with: * Name * Contact number * Date and timing of reservation * Number of people * Fave Receipt ID (refer to your Fave voucher)
- Present your Fave voucher (It’s under the ‘Me’ tab in the Fave app) at the outlet.
- No cancellation allowed after booking.
- Rescheduling has to be done directly with merchant subjected to availability.
