- Valid on Mon – Sat: 9am – 5pm.
- Valid for wall-mounted fan coil air conditioning units only.
- Valid for HDB flats, condominiums and landed properties.
- Surcharge of $5 applicable for CBD area.
- Valid for 9,000BTU only ($5 surcharge per fan coil unit above 9,000BTU)
- Top up, payable directly to merchant:

- Chemical overhauling service: $100 – $150
