Simple steps to prepare
UNAGI HITSUMABUSHI GRILLED EEL RICE BOWL
- STEP 1 Heat up the Unagi by Grill/Oven.
- STEP 2 Serve some rice into a bowl and drizzle the Unagi sauce on top. (We will provide the sauce when you purchase our Unagi).
- STEP 3 Put the Unagi strips on top of the rice and pour over some more of the sauce.
TOPPINGS
- Option 1: Sprinkle the sansho pepper powder and seaweed (nori).
- Option 2: Season with chopped spring onions, nori seaweed and wasabi paste.
- Option 3: Do it at your own style, whatever toppings you prefer!
