Terms and conditions

1. Offer is valid from 30 June 2020 to 1 October 2020.
2. Valid for online pre-order and self-collection via https://bit.ly/FairmontMooncakesOCBC and entering the relevant promo code or “Pay and Carry” at Fairmont Level 1 Booth.
3. Minimum purchase of 2 boxes, 4 pieces each and full payment upfront is required for online pre-order
4. Pre-order of 2 days in advance is required and orders must be made before or on 28 September 2020.
5. No minimum boxes purchase required for “Pay and Carry” at Fairmont Level 1 Booth.
6. Self-collection at Fairmont Level 1 Booth, must be made before or on 1 October 2020, 9am, while stocks lasts.
7. Offer is subject to service charge and GST.
8. Payment must be made with an OCBC Credit or Debit Card.
9. Not valid in conjunction with other discounts, membership privileges, promotions, or vouchers.

13. OCBC’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion will be final and binding on all participants. No correspondence or appeal shall be entertained by OCBC. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore and each participant in the promotion irrevocably submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms and conditions.
