Behind The Panel Terms and Conditions:
• Meeting point: Open Ocean Habitat Counter.
• Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult participant.
• Tour is conducted in English only.
• No photography or videography is allowed during the programme.
• Behind the Panel ticket is not valid for admission to S.E.A. Aquarium. A separate Admission Ticket to S.E.A. Aquarium will be required.
• Behind the Panel sessions are limited to a maximum of 12 participants, toddlers included. Subject to availability.
• Behind the Panel is weather permitting and subject to change.

High Tea in the Deep Sea Terms and Conditions:
• Special requests and seating requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.
• Valid for one-time use only.
• Valid for one (1) redemption per valid voucher.
• No sharing of High Tea set for child 4 years and above
• The numbers of diners per group or table will be no more than the maximum allowed by current government restrictions.
• All diners must be fully vaccinated and are required to provide proof of their vaccination status via the trace together or health hub app upon arriving at our restaurants.
• This meal voucher can only be redeemed at ocean restaurant.
• Valid with dine-in only, not applicable for takeaway.
• This meal voucher is only redeemable during high tea meal period between 3.30pm to 5.30pm, last seating is at 4.45pm.
