The lack of resources and material essential for the good management of this crisis increases every day. It is through this observation that the collective #protègetonsoignant was created by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, teachers, entrepreneurs, engineers, etc. in order to help the medical wor ld to overcome this terrible health crisis.
On the initiative of Laurent Dumas, president and shareholder of PIASA, sensitive to the difficulties encountered by medical teams, the auction house has joined forces with the collective by organizing an online charity sale.
The sale will take place from April 3rd at 6pm till April 5th at 6pm, and 100% of the benefits will go to helping finance the necessary equipment needed for caregivers on the front line: respirators, masks, food, tests, scrubs, etc.
It will bring together more than a hundred works (paintings, drawings, photographs, furniture and design objects) by contemporary artists and designers.
We are thrilled to be able to support this cause, for which Lalique will be donating the vase Tandrillah by Elizabeth de Portzamparc , in midnight blue.
