Ippudo Singapore is having their Pretty In Pink Promotion at Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre. Enjoy Specially for this festival, IPPUDO Singapore will launch its Singapore-exclusive Momo Pink Ramen and Momo Dumplings. Featuring a sweet shade of pink, the Momo Pink Ramen boasts pink home-made noodles in a clear chicken broth sprinkled with fried garlic and onion, topped with pork belly chashu, half boiled egg and naruto (fish cake) and many more.
We’re excited to share that IPPUDO Singapore is turning pretty in pink at the upcoming C3 Anime Festival Asia Singapore 2019. The well-loved Japanese ramen brand will serve up scrumptious pink-coloured delights, available only from 29 November till 1 December 2019 during the festival, held at Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre. #ippudo #ippudosg #ippudomomo
The Momo Dumplings, also in pink, are a treat for the sight as well as for the palate. To achieve the beautiful blush, dried Japanese peaches are first ground into fine powder, then added into the dough during the preparation of both dishes.
The pink dishes, available exclusively at the festival, were curated in mind to complement Momo-chan, a Vtuber that IPPUDO created earlier this year for a big event organised by “Nico Nico Douga”, a video streaming service boasting the biggest fan base in Japan. Momo-chan’s mission is to convey the joy of eating around the world. Momo refers to “peach” and the color “pink” in Japanese, which is why IPPUDO chose to combine two of Japan’s most popular dishes – ramen and dumplings – especially for this event which celebrates all things from Japan.
Date: 26th November 2019 to 1st December 2019
