- Promotion period is from 13 November – 31 December 2021 (both days inclusive), while stocks last.
- Citi Credit Cardmember who charge a minimum net spend of SGD120 (non- Lendlease Plus members) or SGD100 (Lendlease Plus members) (“Qualifying Spend”) at Paya Lebar Quarter, from 13 November- 31 December 2021, are eligible to redeem an additional SGD5 Lendlease voucher^. Nett spend refers to the final payment amount of purchase after all discounts, points redemption and retailer vouchers/ gift cards redemption.
- The Qualifying Spend is based on up to (3) combined same-day receipts. In meeting the Qualifying Spend, Citi Credit Cardmembers are NOT allowed to use prepaid cards, as a form of top-up. Transactions made at event fairs (by non- Paya Lebar Quarter retailers), pushcarts, banks, money- changing facilities, top- up card machines or transactions in connection to the car park, purchase of cash cards/ gift vouchers/ membership/ insurances/ travellers’ cheques/ lottery tickets, payment of bills at any Paya Lebar Quarter retailers, and purchase of Lendlease Gift Vouchers and SISTIC tickets from the Concierge Desk are strictly EXCLUDED. For instalment payments, deposits, and trade- in products, only net amount paid on the same day of redemption is valid.
- To receive the additional SGD5 Lendlease voucher^, the eligible Citi Credit Cardmember must present up to a maximum of (3) same-day receipts, Credit Card Charge Slip and corresponding Citibank Credit Card at PLQ Mall B1 Concierge desk only (Last redemption at 9.30pm)
- Redemption must be made on the same day as purchase and is limited to one (1) redemption per Citi Credit Cardmember per day.
- The additional SGD5 Lendlease voucher^ is limited to the first 5,200 Citi Credit Cardmembers per day only. Redemption is on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last.
- Vouchers issued cannot be exchanged for other denominations, cash and other gift prizes/ vouchers.
- Promotion is mutually exclusive from other voucher redemption promotions, i.e. Receipts used to qualify for this promotion cannot be re-used to qualify for redemption of other vouchers from 13 November- 31 December 2021, unless otherwise stated.
- Terms and conditions stated on Lendlease vouchers apply.
- Citi Credit Cardmember may contact Paya Lebar Quarter at 6955 8800 in the event of any disputes regarding the Promotion.
- Citibank and Paya Lebar Quarter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Paya Lebar Quarter shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services purchased by the Citi Credit Cardmember from third parties with the vouchers (“Redeemed Products”) and Paya Lebar Quarter shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the Redeemed Products. All disputes about quality or performance of the Redeemed Products shall be resolved directly with the third party.
- Citibank and Paya Lebar Quarter reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
