- Universal Studios Singapore VIP Experience Mastercard Cardholders Promotion:
VIP Experience is subject to availability. - VIP Experience shall proceed as scheduled regardless of weather conditions (i.e. rain or shine) and there shall be no rain check nor refund made.
- Participant must arrive at Universal Studios Singapore VIP Reception at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the VIP Experience. Failure to do so may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
- Unless otherwise specified, no refunds or changes will not be allowed.
- The price of the One Day Ticket does not include separately ticketed events in Universal Studios Singapore.
