28 Dec 2021-31 Dec 2022: Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Return Voucher Promotion with Citi

– The Promotion is valid until 31 December 2022 (date inclusive).
– Under the Promotion, a Citi Cardmember will receive a return voucher for complimentary dish with a minimum spend of SGD30 (before GST & service charge) at Song Fa Bak Kut Teh restaurant outlets, charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit card.
– Voucher issuance and redemption is valid for dine-in & takeaway only. Not valid on delivery platforms.
– Voucher is valid for use with a minimum spend of S$30 (before GST and service charge), in a single receipt, charged to a Citibank debit/credit card.
– Voucher is valid for three months from date of issue. Strictly no extension allowed.
– Voucher may only be used on next visit. Original voucher must be presented before ordering.
– On the return visit, customer may choose to either redeem the voucher, or receive a new voucher. Should a voucher from the previous visit be redeemed, no new voucher will be issued for the current visit.
– Complimentary dish selection (choose 1): Ngoh Hiang (U.P. S$8.50) or Braised Pig Trotters (U.P. S$7.90).
– Complimentary dish selection is while stocks last. Complimentary dish may be replaced without prior notice.

– Value Lunch Set is not considered a promotional item. Customers who purchase Value Lunch Sets up to a min spend of $30 (before GST & service charge) are still entitled to receive the voucher.
– Not valid with any other discounts, promotions, privileges, coupons or vouchers or any other special events at the discretion of Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.
– Rebate Dollars on Advocado would not include the value of the complimentary item.
– Citibank’s and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
– Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the products and/or services shall be resolved directly with Song Fa Bak Kut Teh.
– Citibank and Song Fa Bak Kut Teh reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion at any time.
– “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited and “Song Fa Bak Kut Teh” refers to Song Fa Bak Kut Teh Food Pte Ltd.
