Here’s how to trade-in online at Challenger.sg:
1. Visit Challenger Trade-In-Program
2. Under ValueClub Member Exclusive Doorstep Collection, click on ‘Trade-in now’ button.
3. Obtain a quote and accept it.
4. Challenger’s approved third party partner (PC Dreams Pte Ltd) will pick up the trade-in product.
5. After item has been collected, PC Dreams Pte Ltd will evaluate the condition of the product and propose a trade-in value to Challenger.
6. Challenger will then credit the final trade-in value (including the extra S$40 trade-in value) into your ValueClub Mobile App within 7 days from date of item collection.
7. You can use your Challenger credit e-voucher on subsequent purchases at Challenger retail stores or on Challenger.SG

^*Trade-in Promotion

1. Trade-in promotion is valid for customers who have made any purchases at Challenger with a DBS/POSB Visa or MasterCard Credit Card between 1 January 2021 till 31 December 2022.
2. Limited to the first 500 trade-in redemptions.
3. Trade-in is applicable online only for selected smartphone, laptop or tablet models

5. To be eligible for trade-in, you must own the eligible device, the device must power on, the battery must hold a charge and not be required to be plugged in to operate, and be in fully functional, working condition without broken/missing components, cracked display/housing, liquid damage, modification(s) or have device warranty seal broken.
6. Receive the total trade-in value including the extra trade-in value of S$40 in the form of Challenger credit e-voucher within the ValueClub App within 7 days, upon successful collection of the trade-in product by Challenger’s approved third party partner (PC Dreams Pte Ltd).
7. Limited to 1 trade-in product per customer.
8. To receive the Challenger credit e-voucher, the customer must be a ValueClub Member. The Challenger credit e-voucher is valid for use to offset your next Challenger online or Challenger retail store purchases.
