- All package inclusions are to be utilised during the stay
- Each Pet Spa-cation package reservation is entitled to one set of Addiction Pets Foods welcome pack; any additional set is chargeable
- Items in the welcome pack are subject to availability. Should any items be unavailable, a replacement item of an equivalent value will be offered
- Addiction Pet Foods welcome pack is available for dogs and cats only
- Each Pet Spa-cation package reservation is entitled to one Ayurveda Pet Spa session with 2-way transport to Petpawroni for one furkid
- Ayurveda Pet Spa session is only available for dogs and cats, and a duration of about 1.5 hours
- Advance booking of 48 hours with our Culturist is required for furkid spa session at Petpawroni. The reservation slot is subject to availability on a first-come-first-serve basis
- Petpawroni will be closed from 31 January 2022 to 4 February 2022, and will not be available for treatments. Guests who will be staying with us during these dates can schedule the treatment session for their furkid before or after their stay with our Culturist.
- No swopping or upgrading of treatments is allowed in this Pet Spa-cation package
- Additional grooming treatments for pets beyond this package are chargeable. Guest to make payment directly to Petpawroni
- Maximum pet weight of 33 lbs or 15 kg is allowed for each stay
- Pets will not be allowed to visit public facilities such as The Living Room, pool, spa and dining outlets
- Full prepayment is required at the time of reservation and cannot be cancelled and is non-amendable and non-refundable
- Credit card details are required at the time of booking to guarantee the reservation
- Prices stated are in Singapore Dollars, subject to 10% service charge and 7% GST
- Offer is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or loyalty programmes
