Terms and conditions
- The Promotion period is from 1 April 2021 to 30 June 2021 (both dates inclusive).
- Under the Promotion, a Citi Debit/Credit Cardmember will receive a complimentary choice of Crab Sticks or Fishballs (full portion, worth SGD10.00) with minimum spend of SGD150 (before taxes) at Haidilao Hot Pot outlets, charged to a Citibank Debit/Credit card.
- Limited to one complimentary dish per bill, while stocks last. Complimentary dish is not exchangeable with other items or cash.
- Promotion is limited to the first 21,000 redemptions only.
- Promotion is applicable for dine-in and walk-in takeaway orders only.
- Not applicable for any other promotion, discount or eVoucher (except Haidilao Hot Pot’s in-house promo/voucher).

- Citibank’s and Haidilao Hot Pot’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be determined at its reasonable discretion and is final and binding on all participants.
- Citibank shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or the fitness for any purpose or any other aspect of the products and/or services provided by third parties and Citibank shall not at any time be responsible or held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered by or in connection with the products and/or services provided by third parties. All disputes about quality or performance of the product and/or services shall be resolved directly with Haidilao Hot Pot.
- Citibank and Haidilao Hot Pot reserve the right, at their reasonable discretion, to vary, add to or delete the Promotion terms and/or terminate the Promotion.
- “Citibank” refers to Citibank Singapore Limited. The term “Haidilao Hot Pot” refers to Singapore Hai Di Lao Dining Pte. Ltd.
