- #16% discount will only be awarded for payments on petrol made at the outdoor fuel payment terminals located at the pump islands. For outdoor payment, a pre-authorisation on your credit or debit card is required to ensure that the account is active prior to the purchase. The selected authorisation limit for the fuel purchase (between S$20 and S$120) will be temporarily held on your card account by HSBC. Any unused amount will be released by HSBC between 3 to 21 working days, after the actual purchase amount is posted by Chevron Singapore Pte. Ltd.
