Christmas is just around the corner, and snack lovers in Singapore have another seasonal treat to look out for! The Calbee Jagabee Christmas Box, featuring a FREE Potta plushie, has been spotted at DON DON DONKI. Combining a festive gift box, a new Truffle & Black Pepper flavour and an adorable potato character plushie, this seasonal release could be a fun little find for anyone who enjoys Japanese snacks and cute collectibles.
Available from 26 October 2026 onwards, while stocks last, the Christmas box offers a convenient way to enjoy something different from the usual everyday snacks. It may also be worth considering for shoppers who want a small Christmas gift for friends, family members or colleagues without having to spend time putting together a separate present.
There are also Calbee Shrimp Crisps in Hot & Spicy and BBQ flavours to consider if savoury snacks are more your style. However, these shrimp crisps are a separate snack offering, with their own availability and participating retailers. Here is what shoppers should know about both Calbee snack options before heading out.
1. Calbee Jagabee Christmas Box with FREE Potta Plushie at DON DON DONKI
A festive snack box with an adorable freebie
The highlight of this seasonal release is the Calbee Jagabee Christmas Box, which brings together a special Christmas presentation and a new flavour for Jagabee fans to try.
The packaging features festive red-and-green colours, giving the box a cheerful appearance that suits the holiday season. Rather than buying a regular packet of snacks, shoppers can enjoy a seasonal set that looks more suitable for gifting or displaying alongside other Christmas treats.
The box also includes a FREE Potta plushie, making this offering particularly appealing to collectors and anyone who enjoys cute character merchandise. The plushie adds something extra to the purchase, especially for shoppers who appreciate getting a little keepsake alongside their favourite snacks.
For those unfamiliar with Jagabee, the Calbee snack range is known for its potato-based treats. This Christmas edition introduces Truffle & Black Pepper flavour, offering a savoury alternative for people who want to try something beyond the usual potato snack varieties.
Truffle brings a distinctive, earthy flavour, while black pepper adds a peppery kick. Together, these flavours offer an interesting seasonal twist for snack enthusiasts who enjoy richer savoury tastes. The exact flavour experience will depend on the product itself, but it is certainly an option worth looking out for if you enjoy exploring new snack varieties.
Why should shoppers look out for this Christmas box?
The FREE Potta plushie is one of the main reasons this seasonal set stands out. Instead of purchasing snacks alone, shoppers receive a cute additional item that may be appreciated by children, friends, family members or Calbee collectors.
It could also make a convenient gift for a colleague or a friend who enjoys Japanese snacks. The Christmas packaging means there is less need to spend extra time wrapping a separate present, although shoppers may still want to add their own gift bag or personal touch.
Another reason to consider this release is the opportunity to try a seasonal flavour. If Truffle & Black Pepper sounds appealing, the Christmas box provides an opportunity to explore something different from the familiar flavours found on supermarket shelves.
For budget-conscious shoppers, however, it is sensible to check the price before making a decision. The product price has not been provided in the available promotion information, so there is no confirmed saving or discount to quote. The free plushie is an added attraction, but shoppers should compare the overall price with their snack budget before purchasing.
Price: $[Insert confirmed price] per Christmas box. Please check with the store for the latest price.
Where to buy: DON DON DONKI stores in Singapore, subject to individual outlet availability.
Availability: From 26 October 2026 onwards, while stocks last.
As this is a seasonal product, availability may differ between outlets. Shoppers interested in bringing home the Christmas box should check with their preferred DON DON DONKI store before making a special journey.
2. Calbee Shrimp Crisps in Hot & Spicy and BBQ Flavours
A separate savoury snack option for everyday munching
If you prefer crunchy savoury snacks over potato-based treats, Calbee Shrimp Crisps are another option to keep in mind. Available in Hot & Spicy and BBQ flavours, these crisps offer two different taste profiles for snack breaks, gatherings and relaxed evenings at home.
Unlike the Jagabee Christmas Box, the shrimp crisps are a separate product offering. They do not form part of the Christmas gift set, and the FREE Potta plushie promotion should not be assumed to apply to them.
The Hot & Spicy flavour is worth considering for those who enjoy a little heat with their snacks. It can be a suitable choice when you want something with a stronger, more lively flavour during a movie night or while catching up with friends.
Meanwhile, the BBQ flavour offers a savoury barbecue-style alternative. This could be a good pick for shoppers who prefer familiar, smoky-inspired snack flavours rather than spicy options.
Both varieties may be convenient to keep in the pantry for casual snacking. They can also be served when friends drop by, added to a snack spread for a gathering or enjoyed during a weekend film marathon.
Where can shoppers find Calbee Shrimp Crisps?
The available information lists selected supermarkets, 7-Eleven stores and the Calbee official online store as places to look for these products. Availability may vary depending on the retailer, outlet and current stock.
Shoppers can visit the Calbee Official Online Store to check the available product selection and obtain further information.
Price: $[Insert confirmed price] per pack. Please check with the retailer or official online store for the current selling price.
Availability: Selected supermarkets, 7-Eleven stores and the official online store, subject to stock availability.
As this is a separate snack offering, shoppers should check its price and availability independently of the Jagabee Christmas Box promotion.
Smart Shopping Tips Before You Go
With seasonal products and everyday snacks to choose from, a little planning can help shoppers make a more worthwhile purchase.
1. Check the Christmas box price first.
The Calbee Jagabee Christmas Box includes a FREE Potta plushie, but the confirmed selling price has not been supplied. Contact the nearest DON DON DONKI outlet or check in-store before deciding whether it fits your budget.
2. Confirm stock before travelling.
The Christmas box is available from 26 October 2026 onwards, while stocks last. As availability may differ between stores, checking ahead can save you an unnecessary trip.
3. Keep the two snack offerings separate.
The Jagabee Christmas Box is the seasonal product with the free plushie, while the Hot & Spicy and BBQ Shrimp Crisps are separate snack options. Do not assume that the crisps qualify for the same free gift or promotion.
4. Compare prices across retailers where appropriate.
For the shrimp crisps, shoppers can check selected supermarkets, 7-Eleven stores and the official Calbee online shop. Compare the listed prices and any applicable delivery charges before deciding where to buy.
5. Think about who will enjoy the purchase.
The Christmas box may appeal to Calbee fans, plushie collectors and anyone looking for a small festive gift. The shrimp crisps, meanwhile, may be more suitable for people who simply want something savoury to enjoy at home.
Is the Calbee Jagabee Christmas Box Worth Checking Out?
For shoppers who enjoy Japanese snacks, seasonal packaging and cute collectibles, the Calbee Jagabee Christmas Box is a festive release worth keeping an eye on. The combination of the new Truffle & Black Pepper flavour and FREE Potta plushie gives it more appeal than an ordinary snack purchase, particularly for those who enjoy collecting character merchandise or preparing small Christmas gifts.
The most important thing to remember is that the Christmas box is available at DON DON DONKI from 26 October 2026 onwards, while stocks last. Its price and availability should be confirmed directly with the relevant outlet, as neither a confirmed price nor a specific participating store has been provided.
Meanwhile, Calbee Shrimp Crisps in Hot & Spicy and BBQ flavours offer a separate option for shoppers who prefer crunchy savoury snacks. These can be checked at selected supermarkets, 7-Eleven stores and through the Calbee Official Online Store.
Whether you are looking for a cute seasonal gift, something new to snack on or a few treats to share with family and friends, both offerings are worth considering according to your preferences and budget.
If the Jagabee Christmas Box catches your eye, check with your nearest DON DON DONKI store before heading down. The free plushie makes it an appealing seasonal find, but with limited stocks, it is best to confirm availability before making the trip.
